Every interaction has a frame. A subtle structure that defines what is normal, acceptable, or expected. Often, one person sets that frame. Through tone. Through boundaries. Through what they accept or reject. The other person begins to operate within it. Without questioning it directly. And over time, the interaction follows that structure.
